【インタビュー】錦織圭インタビュー（2） テニスについて

怪我が治ったとしても、どれだけまた自分のテニスができるようになるのかということが一番の不安要素です。しばらくテニスをしていないので、フォームを忘れてしまうんじゃないかとか、ちょっと怖いです。ただ気持ち的には、怪我をして動けない辛い時期があった分、また思いっきりやれるのが楽しみですね。

怪我をしたくてしているわけではないので、こういう時期をどれだけ有効に使って体を強くしていけるかを考えて、今後に活かせるようにしたいです。結構きついリハビリで、ウェイトや地味なトレーニングが続いていますが、充実感もありますし、いい方向に向かっていると思います。

Q：焦りはないですか？

錦織：最初はありましたね。やっぱり怪我した当時は、早く復帰したい気持ちもありましたし、ランキングも維持したかったです。でも今はもう割り切ってゼロからだと思っているので、その辺は大丈夫です。

どうでしょう。結構前向きなコメントが見られると思いませんか？

ファンを安心させたいという思いもあると思いますが、どん底状態を経て、少しずつ上向きになっている段階のように見えます。

まだ状況としては決して楽観はできませんが、引き続き見守りたいと思います。楽観しすぎず、悲観しすぎず。

    毎日のブログ更新、ほんとにごくろうさまです。

    セレナ、クライスターズ戦のラインパーソンは、日本人の方ですね。
    昨年のAIGオープンでもラインズマンを務めていました。
    昨年のAIGはミスジャッジが多く、ラインズマンの質が問われた大会であったように記憶していますが、彼女に関しては、大きな声で自信を持ってコールしていたのが印象的でした。

    あの場面でフットフォールトをコールするのは死ぬほど勇気のいることです｡
    自分が彼女の立場だったら､､｡(^_^;)
    本当に勇気あるコールだったと思います。

  • 今日のキムとセレナ戦はライブで見れず録画で見ていたんですが、ラインパーソンの人は日本人ぽいなあって思ってました。
    やはりそうでしたか・・。

    審判の方は本当に大変なお仕事ですね。しみじみ感じました。

  • アマと比較すると振り込んでる量が桜木花道と流川くらい違うプロでもフォームが変わったりすることもあるんですかね？
    故障箇所をかばうと間違いなく変わると思うけど･･･。

    肘痛めた後だから肘から先がナダル並に速いフォアは微妙に変えてきそう。
    あれが最大の魅力だけど続けてるとまた痛めそうだから、持ち味が消えないようなマイナーチェンジしてほしいっす。

    確かに過去にフォームが結構変わったプロというのは結構いますねえ。
    マイナーチェンジくらいはあるかもしれませんね。

    よくあるのはスイングをコンパクトにするとかの変化ですが、錦織の場合すでに究極的にコンパクトになっていますからね。
    どうなるのかな。様子を見ながらでしょうかね。
    うーん、プロの世界なのでレベルが高すぎてどうなるか想像もできない・・・。
